I am looking for a medication/product from Fastypharma.com partner pharmacies but I cannot find it on the site.

You can search using the search function at the top right of the website. You can also search the menu on the left of the homepage. If you cannot find the medication/product you require, it is likely that the pharmacy does not carry this product. It cannot be ordered. You can request it from customer service. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be included in the pharmacy’s range.

How do I know that the information I provide is treated privately and securely?

Discretion is very important to us, which is why we do our best to ensure the best protection of your information. We use 2048-bit encryption between your website visit and the Fastypharma.com system. The servers are highly secure, and every two weeks, a specialized external security company checks the entire system and website for any vulnerabilities, as well as our level of security against cyberattacks. All data you provide is used solely to provide you with the best possible information. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except for pharmacies and doctors who work with Fastypharma.com to help you.

Why do I need to include my phone number?

If a problem arises with your order, with the doctor, or at the pharmacy, we need to be able to contact you. If EuroPharmacy contacts you, it will be done discreetly.

Is it possible to get telephone assistance to place an order at the pharmacy?

Yes, it is possible to place an order by phone with customer service, but due to your privacy, you will receive an invoice to pay for your order.

Is there a maximum order quantity?

Yes, many products have a maximum order quantity. This quantity depends on the type of treatment. Your doctor may decide to waive the requested quantity.

What should I do when my mailing address has changed?

If you have changed your address, you can indicate this during the ordering process for your new order, and we will then automatically use the new address. If you have any questions or need assistance, customer service will be happy to help you.

When can I cancel my order?

The option to cancel prescription drug orders is not always available. It is only possible to cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been sent to one of the cooperating pharmacies. If your order has been received or sent by the pharmacy, canceling your order is no longer possible.

Orders for over-the-counter products can be canceled up to 14 days after receipt, provided the product is still unopened and unused.

What types of medications are delivered by pharmacies working with EuroPharmacy.fr?

Pharmacies can deliver different types of medications, such as over-the-counter medications and prescription medications. All medications and medical products offered on the pharmacy’s website can be ordered. If you have a suggestion for a new medication, please do not hesitate to mention it to customer service. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be included in the pharmacy’s range.

How do I know if the drugs in the pharmacy are real?

EuroPharmacy only works with licensed pharmacies and doctors, who supply only branded medications from official manufacturers. The medications dispensed by the pharmacy come from the original manufacturer of that product. Sometimes, a pharmacy has the medication in stock in bulk packaging and ships the ordered quantity in replacement packaging. We carry out strict checks on counterfeit medications to always guarantee the best quality. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer or Fastypharma.com. The manufacturer can determine by the barcode whether the medication is authentic. Occasionally, the packaging may be of foreign origin. This does not mean that there is anything strange about the same medication. The medications you order from Fastypharma.com are always authentic.

Are the products ordered reimbursed by my insurance?

Orders delivered by Fastypharma.com partner pharmacies are generally not reimbursed by the insurer because EuroPharmacy does not provide a specific invoice for this purpose. The reason is that Fastypharma.com is only an online medical service and only informs you about health, symptoms, their treatment, and related products. Fastypharma.com can facilitate online contact with specialists and/or medical pharmacies. For this reason, we advise you to first contact your insurer before placing a Fastypharma.com order to avoid disappointment.

What brand of medicine am I receiving?

If a medication is manufactured by different manufacturers, the brand you will receive depends on the pharmacy’s current stock. The image on the website is for illustration purposes only. This means you will not necessarily receive the brand as illustrated. The pharmacy guarantees that you will receive the medication of a specific brand only when the brand name is mentioned on the medication.

Are there any fees associated with the payment methods offered by EuroPharmacy?

Fastypharma.com does not charge any additional fees, this applies to all payments.

What payment methods can I use to pay at EuroPharmacy?

You can pay at Fastypharma.com using one of the following payment methods: Credit

Card
You can pay easily and securely with a credit card. You can pay for your order with a Visa credit card. Bank

Transfer
A bank transfer takes approximately three business days to reach our account. After receiving your payment, we send your order to the doctor, so you can expect the delivery time indicated on the website.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the transaction fees. For this reason, we recommend selecting the option marked OUR. All international transfers to us must be made with our instructions.
The OUR option means that you are responsible for the transfer fees. We will then receive all required payments.
If you select the SHA (shared) or BEN (beneficiary) option for your transaction, your order will not be processed.
Selecting SHA or BEN will delay the processing of your transaction.

An exception is made for European payments made in euros. These can be made with SHA instructions.

I made a payment, how can I know for sure that I paid?

Via your Fastypharma.com account in the “Orders” section, you can check the status of your order. When payment is received, this is confirmed in the payment status. You will also receive a payment confirmation by email when the payment is received. If the payment fails, you will receive an email every two days with the message that the payment failed. In this email, you will be able to make the payment again. It is also possible to contact our customer service, who will be able to inform you about the status of your payment. Are there any hidden costs?

EuroPharmacy does not include additional fees. The total price will be displayed before you begin your medical consultation. Your bank may charge you a fee. This varies from bank to bank. Authorities in some countries may also charge you import or other fees.

How can I pay with Bitcoin?

transactions  are processed by BitPay.com. To complete the transaction, simply send your order number and the order amount to Bitpay.com. When you click the “pay” button, you will be redirected to the Bitpay.com website. There, you can scan the QR code or click “Pay with Bitcoin” to start your Bitcoin wallet. When Bitpay.com has received your payment, the QR code will disappear. This can sometimes take a while, about 10 minutes. Then, you can click on EuroPharmacy again. If it takes too long, you can close the Bitpay.com screen. Dokteronline.com will continue to monitor the Bitcoin payment status and will change the payment status as soon as Bitpay.com has received six confirmations from the Bitcoin network.

My order was rejected by a doctor or pharmacy, but I already paid. What now?

Once your order has been rejected by the doctor or pharmacist, or if your order has been canceled and you have already paid the amount, the payment will be automatically refunded. However, it is possible that the refund may take up to one or two weeks as this administrative procedure takes place outside of EuroPharmacy. For more information, please contact customer service.

How does payment by bank transfer work?

You will receive your banking information by email. Activate the method by following the steps at the end of your order. Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, it usually takes three business days for the payment to be processed. Upon receipt of your payment, the order will be sent to the EuroPharmacy partner doctor and/or pharmacist. If you have any further questions, we recommend contacting our customer service team.

What are ICEPAY / Docdata (CM.com foundation) payments?

This is actually the internet cashier we use. ICEPAY and Docdata (CM.com Stichting) handle communication with the banking systems and process your payment. Both ICEPAY and Docdata (CM.com Stichting) are PCI MasterCard and Visa certified. Furthermore, these systems guarantee the correct and secure processing of your payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. You can log in using your EuroPharmacy account and track the status of your order in the “orders” folder. You will also receive an email after your order has been sent by the pharmacy with a tracking link allowing you to track your shipment.

Warning:  Unfortunately, not all international postal systems use or recognize tracking codes. This does not mean that your order has not been sent by the pharmacy.

What should I do if the tracking link says my order has been delivered but I haven’t received anything?

If your order has not been delivered, we recommend checking to see if the sender left a message in your mailbox. If you have not received a delivery but the sender indicates that you have delivered the package, we recommend contacting the police.

An investigation may be conducted up to 2 weeks after the delivery date. Please contact our customer service to initiate such a request. This normally lasts 14 working days. While the investigation is ongoing, it is not possible to place a new order with the pharmacy or obtain a refund.

What happens to my order if I’m not at home?

Your order is (usually) delivered by a registered mail carrier. You can track your package using the tracking link available in your EuroPharmacy account. If the carrier passes away during your absence, it is your responsibility to contact them to schedule an appointment. If you do not contact the carrier, your package will be returned to the pharmacy after a certain number of days. In this case, the pharmacy may charge you an additional fee for returning your order.

When can I expect my order?

EuroPharmacy is an online doctor service that works with doctors and pharmacies.

Applications placed and paid Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m. will be sent the same day to one of the doctors working with EuroPharmacy. The doctor will carefully evaluate your application.

Once your application is approved, the doctor will write a prescription and send it to one of the pharmacies working with EuroPharmacy. The pharmacy will then recheck the application as an additional check and send your order via the courier of your choice. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Your order will then be delivered to your home by the courier. This may also take a few business days.

Your health must be treated with care. Therefore, this process is carried out discreetly and your application will be followed up and processed diligently.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped discreetly by the pharmacy working with Fastypharma.com. The shipper usually requires a signature upon receipt, but this is not always the case. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging for a discreet package.

In which countries does Fastypharma.com offer its services?

Given the diversity of national legislation in the field of e-health, EuroPharmacy currently offers its services in the following countries: United States, Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland. This means that any major European consumer residing in one of these countries can use EuroPharmacy’s services.
